Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of seniors. Perhaps Zumba Gold will provide a suitable option for older adults seeking alternative means of reaching their exercise goals.
The class contains simple Zumba® choreographies that focus primarily on improving balance, range of motion and coordination. Be ready to really sweat and then come out of the class with new strength.

The class contains all the fitness elements: cardiovascular exercises, muscle training, improving flexibility and balance!

All forms of fitness training, whether health training, strength training or functional fitness, have one thing in common – movement. My customers get the right instructions and the “know-how” behind the biomechanics as a basis on their way.

I have made it my business to meet the needs of my customers and to show you a realistic way to get there. But that doesn’t mean it will always be easy. But I firmly believe that professional support is the key to your change – regardless of your fitness level.

Martial arts, dance and acrobatics

CAPOEIRA

The perfect mix of martial arts, dance and acrobatics

is a Brazilian martial art disguised as a dance and performed to musical instruments and traditional Brazilian songs. It is comprised of specific offensive and defensive movements and, unlike in other martial arts, the participant is constantly in motion because of the basic movement, the ginga.
The movements also consist of positions on the ground, kicks, sweeps and acrobatics. Some believe that capoeira originated in Africa, others say that it was formed in Brazil. The regional style of capoeira originated in the 1930s in Brazil and, unlike capoeira angola, is usually practiced to a quicker beat and kicks are performed in an upright and aggressive style.
